Who We Are
Our founder, Lucy started The Barn Interiors after realising she had a passion for design and home interiors. Having years of experience with house renovations and building projects of her own, she realised that this passion could be translated into helping others create their dream spaces. Lucy went on to study at the National Design Academy as an Interior Designer and started The Barn Interiors shortly after graduating.
Lucy would describe her style as a blend of traditional and modern, she enjoys mixing old and new materials to create a timeless finish. She loves nothing more than a character property, where the original features are the focal point but the room is brought to life in a modern and welcoming way.
Lucy’s projects have been featured in multiple magazines, including Cotswold Life, i-Build Magazine, and Build It Magazine, quoting - “The project uses a simple yet effective black and white colour pallet for the interior, giving the house a contemporary, industrial feel that’s softened by the honey tones of the flooring all working beautifully together.”
